He has good points, humans need carbs and all oher vitamine in food such as apples, bacon and all other. Besides, ALL fast-wheight-loss programs are BAD for your body, if you lose wheight to fast you body thinks its starving and starts lacking stanima and/or strength (both fys and mentally). Dont trick your body you lying bastard. Just eat in moderration so you dont get a heart-attack, skinny pepole have heart-attacks too.
